With the help of pneumatic conveying system material is transported to holding bins. Raw material and dust is collected by cyclone. Grinded material is sucked with this system for better production of grinder & chipper. This system consists pipeline, cyclone, Rotary air lock & sucking fan fitted on base frame stand.
Vibrating/Rotary Machine will sort the acceptable size of raw material to get maximum production from briquetting press.
To Convey material for feeding the material in grinder, briquette press, vibrating screen. Tempered verms are used for long life drive is by reduction gear & motor fitted on base stand. Variable Pully/drive is provided for adjustment of material feeding.
