Briquette Press LBP 100
Raw material is continuously supplied through a hopper using a vertical feeder equipped with its own motor and gearbox. A regulated flow to the press is maintained by an independently operated screw connected via a flexible pulley system. The dried and ground or granulated material is transported to the top of the feeder through a screw conveyor, where it is pre-compressed and pushed downward into the pre-compression chamber. From there, a ram forces the material through a die to form briquettes, which are then sent to the cooling line.
The entire process operates smoothly and continuously under the control of a central electrical panel. This CE-certified Super Jumbo Briquette Press offers a production capacity of up to 2500 kg per hour with 89/114 HP power. Recent upgrades in the LBP 90 (2000 kg) model have enhanced its efficiency and cost-effectiveness, making it ideal for areas with abundant raw material availability.
