Hammer Mill Grinder
A Hammer Mill is used to grind various types of biomass waste and residues, including rice husk, groundnut shells, wood chips, cotton shells, mustard husk, sugarcane trash, and bagasse. The machine features a large-diameter, dynamically balanced rotor, along with a body constructed from tested plates and an alloy steel shaft. For enhanced durability, it is equipped with wide, dust-protected bearings positioned away from the grinding chamber, ensuring smooth and continuous operation.
The final particle size depends on the configuration of the hammers and the screen. Once processed, the material is drawn out by a pneumatic system and transported to a cyclone, making it ready for further densification through briquetting.
