Combo Model (Briquetting Cum Pellet Machine)
The Combo Model (Briquetting Cum Pellet Machine) is a versatile, dual-purpose system engineered to manufacture both briquettes and pellets within a single integrated unit. It serves as an ideal choice for industries aiming for greater flexibility, enhanced production efficiency, and better utilisation of raw materials. By combining both functions into one machine, it helps reduce space requirements, lower energy consumption, and minimise overall investment costs.
How It Works
● Raw biomass materials such as wood chips, sawdust, and agricultural residues are introduced into the hopper for processing.
● The machine’s drive system activates, processing the material through either the briquetting die or the pelletizing die based on the selected operating mode.
● In briquetting mode, the compression system shapes the material into cylindrical briquettes of the desired diameter.
● In pellet mode, the material is compressed and shaped into dense pellets using an extrusion or pellet die system.
● The finished output is steadily released, cooled, and then gathered for packaging or distribution.
